You sell a pack of prepaid sessions at a special price and the student uses it up whenever they like: they book a class and the pass deducts the session automatically. Ideal for loyalty and for not chasing single payments.
Can I control the capacity of each class?▾
Yes, every class has its capacity and the spot blocks at booking time. Never a room with more students than mats.
Do students get reminders?▾
Yes: a confirmation at booking and an automatic reminder before class, by email. If you change time or room, you alert the whole group by email in one click — and on WhatsApp, one by one.
Can I sell mats, clothing or other products?▾
Yes, the Shop handles physical products with stock and variations, with the same built-in payment as your classes.
Is Buky Verifactu-compliant?▾
Yes. E-invoicing is built in and certified for Verifactu. More about invoicing.
How long does migration from another system take?▾
A week on average. You get a human onboarder (not a chatbot) who imports your students, classes and calendar.
What if I already have a website?▾
No problem: Buky integrates with your current website, whatever it is (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any other), and you can also use your own booking URL.
