Yes — and it is one of the things we care most about: receipts, invoices and exports come out with the taxable base and VAT calculated right, the same number on the customer’s receipt and in your accountant’s spreadsheet. Export the whole season whenever you want.
I run a school, instructors and a rental shop: does it all fit in Buky?▾
Yes, in one piece: lessons, instructor planning and rental share the same student record and the same payment. No more reconciling two or three systems that do not talk to each other.
Is the app fast when the school is full at the peak of the season?▾
Yes. Buky is built for peak season: moving sessions, reassigning instructors and browsing the calendar stays smooth even with hundreds of active bookings.
Is Buky Verifactu-compliant?▾
Yes. E-invoicing is built in and certified for Verifactu. You need no extra software or separate ledgers. If the tax agency changes something, we update it server-side.
How long does migration from another tool take?▾
A week on average. You get a human onboarder (not a chatbot) who imports your students, levels and calendar. If you come from another tool, the ideal moment is pre-season: you reach December with everything running.
Do I have to change payment gateway?▾
Not necessarily. We integrate Stripe, Redsys, PayPal, Bizum and others. If you already have an account, we connect it.
What if I sell through external channels (GetYourGuide, tour operators)?▾
With the GetYourGuide connection, your website, the front desk and GYG sell from the same quota: a spot sold stops being available everywhere else.
What if I already have a website?▾
No problem: Buky integrates with your current website, whatever it is (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any other). We help you wire it all up during onboarding.
