Yes. Each boat has its own calendar, capacity and trips. You see the whole fleet on one screen and assign skipper and crew per trip. If a boat fills up it stops selling, and if it is unavailable you block its dates in a moment.
What happens when the sea is rough and I need to cancel or move a trip?▾
You move or cancel the trip from the calendar and notify every passenger by email in one click — and on WhatsApp, one by one from the booking. You can rebook them on another date or refund the payment from the same screen. More about email and WhatsApp alerts.
Does it handle boat rentals?▾
Yes: rentals by the hour or by the day, with full or partial payment charged online at booking. No cash on the dock.
Is Buky Verifactu-compliant?▾
Yes. E-invoicing is built in and certified for Verifactu. You need no extra software or separate ledgers. If the tax agency changes something, we update it server-side.
What if I already sell through GetYourGuide?▾

How long does migration from Excel or another tool take?▾
A week on average. You get a human onboarder (not a chatbot) who imports your customers, trips and calendar. Most companies switch on the booking engine in 5-7 days.
Do I have to change payment gateway?▾
Not necessarily. We integrate Stripe, Redsys, PayPal, Bizum and others. If you already have an account, we connect it.
What if I already have a website?▾
No problem: Buky integrates with your current website, whatever it is (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any other). We help you wire it all up during onboarding.
